I’m pleased to announce the Pack 56 Cake Bake Off has returned!  Thursday, March 19th we’ll be receiving cakes for the bake off between 6:00 and 6:30.

Start your engines for fun.  Just a reminder that check in is tomorrow from 4-5 pm.  You must register your car during this window, if you intend to race on Saturday.  Normally, you should enter through the Pine Street gate and come check in on the morning meeting stairs.  However, there was a pipe break on Pine Street (as the Willow families are all too well aware) that has closed the street.  While the street may be fixed by Friday.   If that is not the case, the plan will be to enter through the Willow Street gate And then snake around the right hand side of the school to the check in location.

Today we blast off with some great weather!  We should be mid-50s with plenty of sun.  Decent wind, but not too much.

See you all in the north parking lot at UNO (between the Lakefront Arena and the lake on Franklin).

An update on the tree & greens sale:

• We have sold approximately 60% of our supplies with 2 weeks to go! Now's the time make those final sales!
• We're out of the big trees but we have plenty of the small(er) trees to sell - from 6' tall to 9' tall. Perfect for the typical house!
• We've also got plenty of smaller wreaths (20" and 16").
• But we've still got 16 of those massive 75' White Pine Garland! Perfect for festooning the front facade of a shotgun house.

Also, don't forget to join us on the morning of Saturday, November 29 from 9am until 11am to unload the trailer. Many hands make for light work!
